rr44 Terms & Conditions

Access to and use of the rr44 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of account use:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. rr44 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned subject to verification of the original payment method.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of rr44 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf. Registering or placing wagers on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• You must not have been previously excluded from rr44, whether through self-exclusion, rr44-initiated exclusion, or any analogous exclusion programme.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of rr44, nor an immediate family member of such a person, for the purpose of participating in real-money gameplay.

Age Verification

rr44 takes its responsibilities with respect to underage gambling seriously. We reserve the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to: a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Accounts will be suspended pending completion of age verification where a reasonable doubt exists. All verification documents must be genuine and unaltered. Submission of falsified documents constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

Self-Declaration

By completing the rr44 registration process, you irrevocably declare that: (a) you meet all eligibility requirements set out above; (b) all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete; and (c) you will promptly notify rr44 of any change in your eligibility status. rr44 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your breach of these self-declaration obligations.

Accepted Payment Methods

rr44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without notice. Players should verify current available methods within their account settings.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though rr44 may apply enhanced due diligence to large or unusual deposit patterns.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the rr44 wallet within two (2) minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) hours. rr44 is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers.
• Funds deposited into your rr44 account are held for the purpose of gameplay only. rr44 does not pay interest on account balances.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. rr44 does not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for a deposit to the same account.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is same-day for requests submitted before 18:00 BST (UTC+6). Requests submitted after 18:00 BST will ordinarily be processed on the following business day.
• rr44 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) a bonus wagering requirement has not been met; (c) rr44 has reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; or (d) an active dispute is pending resolution.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

Currency

All transactions on rr44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). rr44 does not accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency deposits. Where a payment provider applies a conversion, the applicable exchange rate and any fees are the responsibility of the player's payment provider and are outside rr44's control.

rr44 is committed to providing a fair and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rr44 platform:

• Collusion: Any form of cooperation between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing hand information in live games, chip dumping, or pre-arranged match outcomes.
• Use of automated tools: The deployment of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the platform, make decisions, or place wagers is forbidden.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers or odds discrepancies across multiple accounts or platforms is prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider in relation to a completed rr44 deposit constitutes fraud. rr44 will pursue all available legal remedies in response to chargeback fraud.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other process on the rr44 platform is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account closure.
• Money laundering: Use of the rr44 platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through technical exploitation are void and will be reversed.

rr44 employs a combination of automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify and act upon prohibited conduct. Players found to be in breach of this section will have their accounts suspended, their balances held pending investigation, and where appropriate, the matter referred to law enforcement authorities.

rr44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• A player's own self-exclusion request.
• A legal obligation imposed on rr44 by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Closure by the Player

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting rr44 support at [email protected]. Before closure is completed, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be settled or the bonus funds forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by rr44 — all bonus funds are immediately void and non-withdrawable. Real-money balances are handled as described above. All data associated with the account is retained by rr44 in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.

rr44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated document will be published on rr44.bio with a revised effective date. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — rr44 will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered on your account or via an on-site notification banner.

Continued use of the rr44 platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using rr44 immediately and request account closure as described in Section 8.

The version of these Terms & Conditions applicable to any dispute is the version that was in force at the time the relevant events giving rise to the dispute occurred.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translation of any kind, the English version shall prevail.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
